What we are, and what we are not

No professional advice

Everything on this site and everything we say in conversation is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or real estate advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship. No fees to homeowners

We do not charge homeowners any fee, commission, or upfront payment for evaluating a property or making an offer. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, do not pay them and contact us immediately at the number below.

Offers

Any offer we make is an offer to purchase, not an appraisal or a statement of your property’s market value. Offers are non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and they are typically below open-market value in exchange for speed, certainty, and buying a property in its current condition. Offers may expire, and may be withdrawn or revised based on title findings, property condition, liens, or other information discovered after the offer is made.

You are under no obligation to accept any offer. You are free to consult anyone you wish, to seek other offers, and to decline.

Communications

By giving us your telephone number, you agree that we may contact you by telephone call and SMS text message, including through automated means, about the potential sale of your property. Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. Property data we reference may come from public records and third-party sources that we do not control and cannot guarantee. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Prosperity Holdings LLC, its members, and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information provided here. Governing law
